Orders & Processing Time
How long will my order take?
All BeFreshie products are handmade to order. Current turnaround times are listed at the top of the website and may increase during sales, launches, or viral TikTok moments. We always aim to get your order out ASAP.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes! Message us before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.
How do I change my order after I have submitted it and paid?
We’ll try our best, but once production starts we may not be able to make changes. Contact us ASAP if you need help.
Can you make my order on Tik Tok?
Sure! Shoot us a message and we will get it scheduled. Just know this could impact your processing time.
Freshies & Lil' Whiffs
What is a freshie?
A freshie is a handmade scented air freshener designed for your car, home, office, lockers, bathrooms, and more.
How long does a freshie last?
Scent life varies based on temperature, airflow, and scent choice, but most customers enjoy their freshies for several weeks or longer.
What are Lil' Whiffs?
Lil’ Whiffs which are also called mini freshies are designed for car vents. They’re smaller than standard freshies but still packed with scent and personality.
What are Whirly Curlz?
Whirly Curlz are a fun way to hang two mini freshies. We tie your Lil' Whiffs together, add fun beads, and you can coil them around your rear view mirror or any small space.
What’s the difference between Standard, Magnetic, and Refillable Lil’ Whiffs?
Standard
Includes a hook attached to the mini freshie and a vent clip that hangs from your vent.
Magnetic
Features strong magnets that attach the freshie to a magnetic vent clip. The freshie can also double as a fridge magnet later.
Refillable
Includes a refillable felt pad system that allows you to refresh the scent using fragrance oil after the original scent fades.
What is a Combo?
A Combo includes:
- 1 Full Size Freshie
- 2 Lil’ Whiffs
Perfect for creating a matching set for your car.
Refillable Products & Oils
How do refillable Lil’ Whiffs work?
The refillable version includes a felt pad holder attached to the back of the freshie. Once the original freshie scent fades, you can add fragrance oil drops to the felt pad to continue enjoying the vent clip.
Does the refillable version come scented?
The freshie itself is scented. The felt pad starts unscented so you can refresh it later with the same scent or switch to a new one.
How long does the fragrance oil last?
A little goes a long way! Most customers only need a few drops at a time.
Can I use my own oils?
Yes, but for best results we recommend BeFreshie oils designed to work with our products.
Custom Orders
Can I request custom colors or themes?
Absolutely! Leave your requests in the notes section and we’ll do our best to match your vision.
Can I request custom colors or themes?
Yes! We offer custom photo and logo freshies. Upload instructions will be included on those product pages.
Will my product look exactly like the photo?
Only if you ask for it to be created that way. Because every item is handmade and customized, slight variations may occur. That’s part of the fun 💕 You can request we surprise you or pick every detail.

Do all products come in all scents?
Most products are available in nearly all BeFreshie scents unless otherwise noted.
What scents are the strongest?
Strength perception varies by person, but bakery, fruity, and masculine scents are often customer favorites for strong throw.

What are Freshie Hangers?
Reusable beaded or charm hangers designed to easily swap freshies on and off your mirror without adjusting every time.
Do I need to buy a Freshie Hanger with my Freshie?
Only if you would like! All of our freshies include a string with coordinating beads standard. Many decided to upgrade and add on a reusable hanger.
Are the accessories handmade?
Yes! Pens, keychains, hangers, coasters, and many accessories are handmade and customized to order. We also do our best to purchase supplies from local and small businesses.
Live Games
How do TikTok Live Games work?
Each game is a bit different but you can purchase your spot through the website, then join us live on TikTok to play along in real time.
What happens if I buy a spot but miss the live?
Policies may vary by game, but prizes or selections may be chosen on your behalf if needed.
Are game spots refundable?
Because spots are limited and reserved specifically for you, game purchases are generally non-refundable.
Returns & Policies
Do you accept returns?
Products are handmade and customized therefore we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll help make it right.
Do Freshies melt?
Freshies are designed for warm environments like vehicles, but extreme heat may impact appearance over time. We suggest moving them to your blinker or a shady spot when parked in the direct sun.
